[Koha-translate] Translation does not keep line feeds

I've just created Bug 9189. It reports that translation does not keep line feeds in translated files. This is a problem for CSV generated by a template. I've looked to other softwares translated with GetText, the line feeds are usually shown in PO with a \n and translated files have the same line feeds as original file.
