Hi all , as you know , we've started translating koha into Arabic from " version 3.6" and we've completed the process on koha 3.8 . Now ! We are going to translate and review koha 3.10(=89%) and koha 3.12 (=86%) we will spend long time on reviewing the old strings not just the new ones, so we need to do the following : 1- review and translate koha 3.10 ( we will do this ) to make Arabic more reliable 2- when we finished the work on 3.10 . Update po templates for koha 3.12 (from the reviewed 3.10 ) (*need help about this from you *) 3- complete translating of 3.12 (we will do this ) so before we start on (3.10) can you tell us that this is possible (*the 2nd point* ) (if we have to do this in some way please guide us ) One more thing : I need the permissions on koha 3.10 and 3.12 (for Arabic ) as that I have on koha 3.6 and 3.8 my pootle account is: karamqubsi: http://translate.koha-community.org/accounts/karamqubsi/ Thanks a lot Karam .
Hi Karam, I have updated your permissions for Arabic on Pootle, please let us know if there is still a problem. About 2) Running perl translate update <langcode> in a current prerelease of 3.12 on the completed 3.10 po files should do the job of updating them. If that is a problem, you can upload the completed files and let us (translation mailing list) know about it.
