L'option -w n'existe pas dans ma version du fichier. Mais en 
décommentant les lignes:
$batch->warnings_off();
$batch->strict_off();
J'obtiens le résultat suivant, identique à ce que j'avais obtenu

Est-ce que le fait d'avoir un fichier marc "un peu corrompu" a pu 
affecter la création de notice dans Koha? Cela me semble peu 
vraisemblable.
