Boy, that's an old one.  You're right, Chris, we no longer give the borrower the
option of setting a reserve date, so this is no longer a problem for us.  I
assume it still doesn't work, but I have no way of checking it with our current
template. I first noticed the bug when we were using the default template, but I
don't remember now how I produced the error.
