I attempted to setup 2.0pre2 from scratch and since I already know that the 
internal authentication is working (when I upgraded my 1.2.3 setup to 2.0pre2), 
I decided to skip the creation of the basic authentication 
(/etc/kohaintranet.pass).

Since the installer does not come with a default "superlibrarian", there is no 
way for a person to access the intranet system.
