In certain tags (e.g., MARC21 tags 650, 651), Koha should not sort certain
subfields (e.g., subfields $w, $x, $y, $z in case of the above tags)
alphabetically because the ordering is semantically significant.

For example, for tag 650, subfield $y can occur before subfield $x, meaning a
certain topic within a certain time period. If Koha sorts subfield $x before
subfield $y, the meaning changes (to a certain time period within a certain
topic). Currently, it is not possible for the user to specify the ordering of
subfields when editing the MARC data.
