In the default template, the field is repeated, but in my test record, the
repeated field 400 was missing the $d that existed in the first one and had an
extra blank subfield at the end of the 400 field. Adding Owen as CC, since in
NPL templates, addfield doesn't even refresh the page. However, the authorities
editor is not usable in current condition with either template.
