In a previous version, when summary was left blank for the PNAME authority
type, MARC21 authorities would show something like (in OPAC and Intranet):

Twain, Mark, 1835-1910
      see:    Twain, Marek, 1835-1910

      see also: Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910

      see also: Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910


But now, they show:

Twain, Mark, 1835-1910	 Twain, Marek, 1835-1910
      see:    Twain, Marek, 1835-1910

      see also: Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910
   Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910
      see also:       see also: Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910
   Clemens, Samuel Langhorne, 1835-1910

and the whole summary is a link, rather than just each individual heading being
a link

Marked blocker because it prevents proper summary display for MARC21
authorities (note, this is almost 99% not a template problem as the previous
system was to build the summary in the module using defined authority behavior
for MARC21 Authorities).
