OK, solved : the problem was on repeatable fields that are <100. There is no
such fields in UNIMARC (they are all unrepeatable !)

One suggestion : your cataloguing form is really heavy heavy.
If I don't mind, when you create a "Personal Name", you CANNOT have
110,130,148,...
and in 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, there are also many fields that are illogic so should be
"unactivated".
Are you sure you also need 020,021... ?

In UNIMARC, things are very logic on this matter. The 2nd digits tells you what
you are cataloguing.
ie : "personal name" is in 250. So you can only have 350, 450, 550 ... (x5y),
plus some 0nn

That's why I removed the tab system for authorities : they are useless in
UNIMARC, authorities are not so long that they need tabs. Maybe it's not the
case in MARC21.
