When I try to upload patron images using the new import script, I get this
error:

"This script is not able to write to the patronpictures holding directory."

This error would be much more helpful if it said specifically /where/ the
patronpictures holding directory is, and what permissions it should have. If
the Koha install script can't set this directory up with the proper
permissions, instructions for doing so should be included in the instructions
on the import page.
