autobarcode is still not working in rel_2_2. IMO it should be implemented as a
plugin. I have marked this as a blocker because if we claim to have a feature
in Koha that doesn't work, we should either not claim to have it or fix it
before the next release (IMO, the release maintainer may disagree with me).
