Have setup the supplier for the order so that all their prices are INCLUSIVE of
GST.  

Have added an item to an order (Value $44.99), then closed the basket. 

Upon viewing the order, GST has been added to the price (Sub Total $44.99 Total
$50.61). This means that the supplier setup has been ignored. 

In this case the Sub Total should be $40.00 and the Total $44.99 - have set the
GST rate as 12.5%
