Au moment de la création d'un nouveau sous-champ dans une grille de catalogage
(biblio), le fait de cocher "répétable" ou "obligatoire" n'est pas validé la
première fois, il faut revenir sur le sous-champ et recocher une nouvelle fois
pour que le paramétrage soit pris en compte.
C'est un bug ancien, dont je n'ai pas retrouvé trace dans la liste des bugs.
