There's some convoluted logic that comes into play when you go to edit a
patron. The patron edit page requires that a patron category type or category
code be passed along with the borrowernumber in order for it to work properly.
I'm not sure why memberentry.pl doesn't just check for those values based on
the borrowernumber? Anyway, I've modified the template to perform those checks.
