The add biblio popup is missing the controls that are present on the Add
Supplier Popup. 

You can conduct a search, but if you don't find the biblio you are looking for
you need to close the pop up using the browser chrome controls and go back to
the Subscription add page and use the "Search for Biblio" link to start a new
search all over again. 

Should be able to start a new search from within the pop up. 

There should also be a close button to get rid of the pop up if the you need to
back right out of the process and create a new biblio.
