Paul, I don't understand your comment. The YUI files are in the git repo. 
/koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/lib/yui/. Perhaps the problem is that the
system preference isn't getting created with two "Choice" style system
preferences, one pointing to yahoo.com and one pointing locally?
