mmm... if I understand correctly the fix, we have to do it ourself in case the
yui files are not taken from yahoo.
In that case, I think we must provide them in the git repo, or, at the very
very least, give explanation of how to get them locally.

I often have internet being down for some seconds (when windy, which appear
often in Marseille ...), and I can assure you it's a pain not to have what
needed (Koha is no more useable in fact)
