So you are telling step 1 and 2 should be skipped (check connection to database
and third party softwares and modules.)
In order to do only "MARC selection" (Should even be the same as Zebra one in
the command line installer this should also be skipped then.) 

In the end, it would boil down to do updatedatabase and maybe import
frameworks.
This was not what I was asked to do at the beginning.

If system preferences could be loaded on commandline, then InstallAuth.pm could
be get rid of.

But, again, this was not what was planned at first.
