Also, without any default date set, this utility locks up Firefox for no date
selected. So default should at least be for "yesterday" (not today) to resolve
that issue. 

Yeah, checked it for one date (Jan 1 2008) and it still locks up firefox. The
logic needs to be put in for *available books only*. If for checked out this is
a start, then check the usual status (available = 0) and (damaged = 0) to get
that stuff. Josh has the code for this, it requires some looping and not just
SQL.

This is important for libraries that have a reserve shelf of 1000 items (or
more with many branches).
