Clear button on Marc editor for authorities should go back onto version 3. We
are running dev week and we do have a clear button for the authorities right in
the editor. This save massive time for those OCLC Marc records that have like
30 authorities which should be pruned. This code (may) be able to be pulled
form dev week (stow)
