Acquisitions has a way to edit an incorrect order (which is great because now
we can fix errors), but libraries will need a way to edit the original invoice.
While some of the fields on the invoice could be non-editable--like the invoice
number? the amount of shipping and any other money amounts *definitely* need to
be editable! We had a few bad entries where perhaps a bad key was typed like:
intended 10.23
what they got 1023
and this goofed up the money report at the end of the year.

The other thing acquisitions could use for both order entry and invoice is a
check to see if the amounts are really strange, such as too large, or an actual
cost perhaps not of the same size as the other numbers

Editing the invoice amounts would be very useful.
