To clarify this report, are you talking about the "Clear" link that shows up
when you do the following:

[1] Edit a bib record.
[2] Click on the plugin (...) link for an authority-controlled field.
[3] Do a search for an authority?
[4] Look at the result list, whose first entry contains a 'Clear' link that
when clicked, clears the tag that you just chose the plugin for.

If so, this link appears to be present and functional in 3.0.  Or are you
talking about something else?
