When viewing patron information (Home › Patrons › Patron Details for Henry
Acevedo (23529000035676) if you click 'Add Patron Images' you get a 404 error
page.

Also note - in this demo install I do not have a patronimages/ directory but I
was just expecting to see that error again - not a 404.
