Since there are lists kept for approved and rejected requests, it makes sense
to have a way for librarians to archive these lists of items on some sort of
time schedule, or other schedule that works for them.  This is particularly
important if you have many requests throughout the year and have very long
lists of approves/rejected suggestions.
