Under Approved under Manage Suggestions it make sense to add a few more
options/tabs.  These tabs would be used by acq librarians to keep track of
where the book is in the process (ordered, arrived, cataloged, on the shelf). 
This way both the patron who requested the book and the librarians can keep
track of their progress.
