Symlinked intranet-tmpl/prog/img/itmtpyeimg to: 
"koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/img/itemtype" and page now serves images from there.

A more robust icon set and updating the installer would be warranted, but this
bug as it stands is fixed.
