Summary: Advanced search page breaks badly in Internet Explorer 6
           Product: Koha
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: Templates
        AssignedTo: oleonard at myacpl.org
        ReportedBy: oleonard at myacpl.org
         QAContact: koha-bugs at lists.koha.org

The advanced search page has two elements which make it problematic for IE6:
The table of item type options and the select lists of limiters. For IE6,
tables and select lists are layout-breakers: put either of them into a page's
column and the width of the element will override the width of the column. In
this case, we've got a table in one column and a select list in the other.
Those two together just don't play nice.

The best solution seem to be to take out the column and make the search form
more linear, as has already been done in the staff client.
