In the OPAC when I view my holds in my account, it doesn't show my priority. 
It says 'item waiting to be pulled' which implies that I'm next to get it - but
in reality I'm 7th in line.

A few Koha libraries have complained about this being confusing to their
patrons.  I'd recommend not showing any status or showing the priority - but
not showing that it's waiting - since that's confusing patrons.
