I agree that this is confusing. It should probably only say "item waiting to be
pulled' if you have a hold on an /available/ item since that's the only kind of
hold that needs to be "pulled."

In dev_week this display says "pending" instead of showing a hold priority.
We've found that showing the hold priority causes headaches because if someone
sees that they're next in line for a book and it stays that way for 3 weeks
they get steamed about the book being overdue. But I'm not entirely comfortable
hiding information from the patrons even if it does cause some headaches.
