See the attached PDF to see the entire process. This from a librarian using
Koha.  I tested and was able to duplicate all of the errors. 

The prediction pattern test shows the right information when I create a new
subscription but after receiving the first issue the second breaks in all kinds
of ways.  First the date is wrong, second the Vol is wrong, last if you go to
edit the pattern has been changed.
