I need a good z3950 source of problematic MARC records (USMARC format).  I'm
open to recommendations here, since we're short on concrete examples.  

Maybe something from Lithuanian literature, like ISBNs: 
9986745292
9785420016176
5420015978
998639211X
9955584785
9986230446

None of these appear to be represented with full encoding in the LOC records
(all pieced out into uncombined combining characters).  Is the problem that
USMARC simply cannot accommodate the encoding?
