Danny, I have the opposite reaction: is there any reason why the ISBD view
shouldn't show ALL tabs? I suppose it depends on /why/ people use the ISBD
view. If a library has made it their default, I would think they would want to
show all the supplementary data, including holdings. 

On the other hand, since I view the MARC display to be supplementary in itself,
I don't see the need for those tabs to display there. I assume that the MARC
view will be looked at only be a few people. Is the same true of the ISBD view?
Is it, generally speaking, supplementary?
