Trying to output a guided report in Koha version 3.01.00.005 with greater than
one page of results gives the following error message:


Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/PUTLIBRARYCODEHERE/kohaclone/C4/Reports/Guided.pm line 412.

I have reproduced this on two different live sites when trying to output both
comma separated and/or tab delimited reports.
