The following enhancements will be made to the web-based self-checkout:

[1] Add the ability to display the patron's image when they use self-checkout. 
This will be controlled by a a new preference,
ShowPatronImageInWebBasedSelfCheck.

[2] Change the default sort order of checked out items to have the most recent
loans displayed first.

[3] Add the ability (via jQuery tablesorter) for the user to sort the list of
loans.

[4] Display better error messages if items cannot be checked out.
