I have upload the patch for bug 3734
After installed it, the ISBD visualization stops to work in Opac and in
Intranet.

The problem is in the function 'GetISBDView' of the API C4/Biblio.pm

To solve the problem I used the patches for this function written by

but I'm not sure of the quality of my code.
Probably is better to check all the function 'GetISBDView'.
