When adding members to the routing list a pop up window appears with patrons
lists.  On that list there is the option to filter the results.  If you choose
to filter the results then click 'Add' it opens the edit routing list screen in
the pop up and doesn't add the patron.  If you choose to add a patron from the
original list of patrons it works A-OK.
