I agree that list price makes sense if that's what acq librarians use.  As for
the PDF - I have submitted another bug
(http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5016) regarding
issues with that.

I would add the notes about RRP to that - I think I do mention GST (which I had
changed everywhere else in Koha already).
