routing-preview.pl emits a page with some too large min-width styling that
causes it to not lay out correctly when printed on narrow paper (right side of
page is dropped).

Patch to be added here adds a print media embedded style sheet element to
override the existing embedded style sheet settings when printed.

Patch also turns off the Print and Close links on the print version of the
page.
