Patch pushed, with a little change:
the SocialNetworks syspref has been set to 0 => the rule, when including a
switchable improvement is to have it as it was before the improvement. So, in
this case, switched OFF

Another suggestion : The syspref would be better in the tab Enhanced content >
All, instead of Searching (just realised that after pushing)
