I don't know when I'll get the chance to test it, but from reading the code I'm
pretty happy with how it looks and I'd rather get it into master sooner rather
than later because I've been wanting file locking for approximately ever. So
I'd say don't wait for my approval. I can always quickly push through a patch
for the package-related stuff if we discover a problem.
