Awesome, thanks for looking over the code Robin.. I'll do one last test (with
packages as I'm currently learning how to build them and this'll be a good
exercise).  

I'll check the various files end up where you've expressed they should and then
sign off.  Hopefully someone will QA it promptly after that.. I've also been
wanting locking in mainstream forever.. Nice work Doug!
