Bug 11068 - 1/2 - Update MARC21 es-ES default frameworks fields and translation

This patch updates es-ES MARC21 default bibliographic framework.
It updates fields/subfields and update translation

Version used is master + Bug 10962

Only to new installs

Test
1) remove default MARC21 framework
2) load new file marc21_framework_DEFAULT.sql
3) Check that load without errors
4) Is a direct translation of EN file, chech line count is equal
