Agreed. I think that this or something similar would be all that is necessary.

Furthermore, I don't really like the idea of having an "acquisitions details"
tab as it doesn't seem very user centred in design. As a library patron, I
might not understand or want to understand anything related to "acquisitions".
I just want to know if an item is on order, and when it's going to arrive/when
the order was placed.
