When I try applying just the patches for 11559 without first applying the
patches from 10486, it still just stays stuck at the "Loading, please wait..."
screen.

When I try applying the patches from 10486 then 11559, I get merge conflicts.
It looks like whitespace conflicts in C4/XSLT.pm.

Should 10486 be added to this bug's "Depends on"?
