The token sent to the user is valid only for 2 days or if the link is clicked.

Most of the time, a use who requests a password will click the link in the
following minutes (if not seconds).

Of course, this doesn't prevent your email to be intercepted. As far as I know,
this feature was implemented the way most of the « Forgot your password ? »
links are implemented.
