I re-wrote my original script, which used the values in my dev database to
generate the permissions.inc file, so that it would use the SQL scripts. You
can find it here: https://github.com/minusdavid/koha-toolbox

However, in hindsight, you probably wanted something that would generate PO
files? That would be easy enough to do as well... I just didn't think of it ;)
