You can grab the new dependencies from here:

http://debian.koha-community.org/koha/otherthings/

make sure you uninstall liblog-any-adapter-perl before doing anything, it
conflicts with the new liblog-any-perl, and is no longer needed. I've added a
dummy version of it to keep those packages that think they need it happy.

It should just be a matter of doing:

sudo dpkg -i *.deb
sudo apt-get -f install

Oh, and this requires Debian Jessie, as most of the old dependencies made it
into there.
