Bug 15643 - Every datepicker on serials expected date column updates top issue

I delete the 'expected' id that was causing the initial problem and modified
changeDate function to have it get targetted element by name instead.
Consequently I also delete changeDate2 that seems to be redundant.
Hope I didn't miss something
