--- Comment #3 from Myka Kennedy Stephens <mkstephens at lancasterseminary.edu> ---
I may need to revise my last comment. The first pair of linked analytical
records I was looking at did not have the "Edit in Host" or "Delink" links
available in the Action dropdown menu on the Edit Items page. The second pair
of linked analytical records I'm looking at now do offer these as options.

Perhaps there was something corrupt in the first pair of records I was looking
at.

I can now confirm that in 17.05 when going to Edit Items in an analytical
(child) record, the options available are: Edit in Host, Delink, and OPAC View.
Selecting "Delink" removes the host item from the record.

Perhaps this is not a bug after all? Or perhaps a bug still exists in versions
prior to 17.05? Or perhaps it exists when you've tried to manipulate the record
in other ways while it was still linked? For example, attempting to delete the
host item from the analytical (child) record by using "Delete all items" did
not return an error, but the host item still appeared and the Actions menu did
not have the Delink option.

Hoping this makes sense to others.
