Whilst we're here.. can someone explain to me why we need 4 distinct notices
for this?

ACCOUNT_CREDIT - printfeercpt
ACCOUNT_DEBIT - printinvoice
ACCOUNT_PAYMENT - What is this for?
ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF - What is this for?

RECEIPT - pos/printreceipt
